1. Use of Service
- Our Services are available for verifying email addresses through API access or CSV upload for bulk verification.
- Each email verification requires one credit.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account login details.
- You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to infringe upon the rights of others.
2. Credits and Payments
- You may purchase credit packages for email verifications. Each credit allows you to verify one email address.
- All payments for credit purchases are non-refundable.
- Credits do not expire, and they will remain available in your account until used.
- Prices for credit packages are subject to change at any time without notice, but any changes will not affect credits already purchased.
3. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:
- Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or abusive use of our Services.
- Any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our Services.
- In the event of suspension or termination, unused credits will not be refunded or compensated.
4. No Refunds
- All sales are final. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
5. Changes to Service
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.
- We may also introduce new features or impose limits on certain functionalities without notice.
6. Accuracy of Information
- Although we regularly monitor the quality and performance of our email verification service, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, currency, relevance, or completeness of the information provided through our Services. The results of the email verification process may vary, and users should not solely rely on these results for critical decisions without additional verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValidEmail.Net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services.
