What CSV format should I upload?
Upload a CSV up to 50 MB with a header row. Name the email column “email” for the clearest detection. A sample file is available above.
Are my original columns preserved?
Yes. Your contact and enrichment fields remain attached to each row, with verification fields added to the result.
What does Unknown mean?
Unknown means the mailbox did not produce a definitive answer. PENDING and GREYLISTED rows can be re-verified automatically and should not be treated as permanent invalid addresses.
Can I download while re-verification continues?
Yes. Results become downloadable after the main verification phase, while delayed rows continue refining in the background.
How are catch-all addresses handled?
Supported Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 catch-all domains can receive a mailbox-level existence check. When no definitive answer is available, the result remains a conservative catch-all.
Which download options are available?
Choose all emails, maximum deliverability (score 80+), maximum reach (score 60+), or undeliverable results.
Can I manage or delete lists?
Yes. Signed-in users can cancel running work and manage eligible uploaded or completed jobs from the dashboard.
Does verification send an email?
No. ValidEmail checks deliverability signals without sending a message to the address.
